Before you submit

Read the Refund Policy first. The main voluntary refund windows are:

• First paid subscription: within 7 days, if the paid credits from that purchase remain unused.
• Subscription renewal: within 48 hours after renewal, if the credits granted for that renewed period remain unused.
• One-time credit pack: within 7 days, if the credits from that pack remain unused.

Requests involving duplicate charges, confirmed billing errors, undelivered purchases, confirmed unauthorized transactions, or non-waivable consumer rights are reviewed separately under the Refund Policy.

Information to include

Please provide:

• the email address used for your Manga Coloring account;
• the order number, payment reference, or task ID if available;
• the purchase or renewal date;
• the plan or credit pack you purchased;
• a short explanation of what happened and the outcome you are requesting.

Do not send a full card number, security code, password, or other sensitive payment credentials.

What we review

We may verify the order, payment-provider status, subscription and cancellation timestamps, credits granted by the purchase, whether those credits were used, relevant generation task logs, and prior support communications.

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. The decision follows the Refund Policy and any applicable consumer-protection law.

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method whenever the payment provider supports it. Processing time varies by provider and financial institution.
