Yes. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the next renewal. One-time credit packs are separate purchases and never renew automatically.
Canceling stops the next renewal. Your current paid period is not canceled retroactively; access and credit validity for that period continue according to the plan terms shown at checkout. You can manage an active subscription from Billing.
Yes, in defined cases. A first paid subscription or one-time credit pack can be requested within 7 days if the paid credits from that purchase remain unused. A subscription renewal can be requested within 48 hours if the credits granted for that renewed period remain unused. Once paid credits have been used, voluntary refunds are generally unavailable, except for duplicate charges, confirmed billing errors, undelivered purchases, confirmed unauthorized transactions, or rights required by applicable law.
If a generation fails after credits are consumed, the system attempts to return the associated credits automatically. If your balance does not update, contact support with the task ID and account email so the failed task can be checked.
Choose monthly or yearly billing if you color manga regularly and want credits replenished on a recurring schedule. Choose a one-time pack if you only need extra credits for a project and do not want recurring billing. One-time packs currently shown on this page do not expire and do not create a subscription.
Use the validity shown on the selected offer as the source of truth. Monthly and yearly subscription credits follow the validity of that plan; do not assume unused subscription credits roll into a later billing period. One-time packs marked “Never Expire” remain available without an automatic renewal.
Payment credentials are handled by the payment provider. Manga Coloring keeps billing records such as the order, subscription, currency, tax, and payment status, but the Privacy Policy states that payment credentials are handled by the provider.
Stripe can offer different methods by country, currency, device, and account configuration. The payment methods displayed in the actual checkout are the methods available for that specific purchase. If a wallet or local method is not shown there, choose another method offered by checkout.
