Who is responsible and how to contact us

Manga Coloring is operated by Yuan Liu Yang. This Privacy Policy covers our website, accounts, manga uploads, AI image and video generation, credit purchases and support. For privacy questions or requests, email support@manga-coloring.com from your account email where possible. Include the relevant file or task reference; do not send passwords or payment-card details.

Information we receive

• Account information: Google sign-in identifiers, verified email, name, avatar, account settings and session records. Google authenticates you; we do not receive your Google password.
• Creative content: uploaded images and other supported media, prompts, style and model choices, generated outputs, task status and generation history. Upload only content you are entitled to use and avoid sensitive personal information.
• Payments and credits: order and subscription identifiers, amounts, currency, payment/refund status and credit transactions. Payment providers such as Stripe or PayPal process payment credentials; we do not store full payment-card numbers.
• Technical and usage information: IP address, browser/device information, language, timestamps, page and referral information, upload/generation/download events, errors and security signals. Support messages contain the information you choose to send.

Why we use information

We use account and content data to provide the service you request: sign-in, generation, cloud history, downloads, credit accounting and support. We process billing records to reconcile payments, refunds and subscriptions. Technical records help maintain reliability, investigate failures and prevent fraud or abuse, including trial-credit eligibility checks. Usage and referral information helps us understand product use and marketing performance.

Where applicable, our processing grounds are performance of our agreement with you, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, legal obligations for financial records, and consent where required for optional technologies. You can contact us about a blocked account or credit eligibility decision for review.

AI processing and service providers

Your selected generation request sends the necessary prompts, input media or media links and generation settings to the model service or routing provider used for that task. For example, supported routes include EvoLink. Availability and routing depend on the selected model and configuration. Providers process requests under their own terms and privacy practices; do not assume identical training or retention rules across every model. Contact support for the provider associated with a specific task before uploading confidential content.

When content safety checks are enabled, prompts and an in-memory image copy may be sent to SeeAPI for moderation. Image checks run before the original upload is saved to our object storage. SeeAPI processes this content under its own terms and privacy practices; we do not promise a particular third-party retention or training policy.

Cloudflare provides hosting, database, object storage and delivery infrastructure. Google provides Google sign-in and, when enabled, analytics/tag and advertising measurement services. Payment and email delivery providers receive the information needed to process transactions or deliver requested messages. We may also disclose necessary records to comply with law, protect rights or investigate misuse.

Files, links and publication

Files are stored so you can view, reuse and download results. Some media is delivered through public CDN URLs: anyone who obtains such a link may be able to access the file. Account authentication is not a guarantee that every delivery URL is private. Avoid sharing links to confidential material. Private application storage endpoints apply their own access checks. Generating an image and submitting or publishing a showcase are separate actions; check the publication action before sharing your work publicly.

Cookies, browser storage and measurement

We use session cookies for sign-in and browser storage for preferences, upload continuity and measurement identifiers. When enabled, first-party usage measurement and Google Analytics/Tag Manager may record page visits, referrals and product events. Advertising measurement may use referral/click identifiers and payment-conversion records when the relevant integration is enabled; availability depends on configuration and applicable choices. First-party growth collection observes browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. These signals do not necessarily control every third-party tag.

You can restrict cookies and browser storage in your browser, use its privacy settings, or contact support about measurement records. Blocking essential cookies can prevent sign-in. Clearing browser storage does not itself delete server-side account data.

Retention and deletion

Media retention depends on the plan, applicable storage settings, last qualifying use and any account-specific retention rule. Check the expiry shown in your asset library and download files you want to keep; viewing or downloading a file does not extend its retention. Expired or deleted files are handled by cleanup processes and may not disappear from every cache immediately.

Account records remain while needed to provide your account; task, security and support records are kept while necessary for service operation, dispute handling and abuse investigation. Financial records may need to remain after account deletion to meet legal or accounting obligations. Contact us for the retention criteria applicable to a particular record and for account or content deletion. Removing an asset from your library may not immediately remove every stored copy, related task record or third-party copy.

Your privacy requests

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, a copy, deletion, restriction or objection to processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Email support with the request and account or task reference. We may verify identity and explain any legal or technical limits. Withdrawal does not undo earlier lawful processing. You may also complain to the data protection authority in your jurisdiction. Necessary service and security processing may continue while you use the account.

Security and international processing

We use HTTPS and access controls, but no storage or transmission method guarantees absolute security. Our infrastructure and providers may process information outside your country, where protections may differ. Contact us for information about the providers and transfer arrangements relevant to your request. Keep account credentials and media links secure. If a child has provided personal information, a parent or guardian can contact us to request review and deletion.

Policy changes
