Terms for Manga Coloring covering accounts, AI manga coloring, credits, subscription renewal, one-time packs, payments, refunds and consumer rights.
Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Manga Coloring, operated by Yuan Liu Yang. By using the service or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and confirm that you can legally enter this agreement.
Accounts and content
Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate information. You retain rights to content you upload. You grant Manga Coloring the limited permission needed to process uploads, generate results, store history, and deliver the service.
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for content you upload or process.
Credits and usage
Generation costs and the applicable credit charge are shown in the product experience. Credits are not cash, cannot be withdrawn, and are used only for eligible Manga Coloring services.
Subscription credits follow the validity shown for the selected plan. Do not assume unused subscription credits roll over into a later billing period unless the product explicitly says so. One-time packs marked Never Expire do not expire.
Monthly and yearly subscriptions
Monthly and yearly plans are recurring subscriptions. They renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. You may cancel future renewal from your billing settings.
Canceling stops future renewal; it does not automatically reverse a charge that has already completed. Your current paid period and its credits remain subject to the plan terms shown when you purchased.
One-time credit packs
A one-time credit pack is a separate purchase. It does not create a subscription and does not renew automatically. Packs shown as Never Expire remain available without an expiration date.
Payments and local currency
Payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. The checkout page is the source of truth for the final amount, currency, taxes, exchange-rate information, and payment methods available for a specific purchase.
When Stripe Adaptive Pricing is available, Stripe may offer an eligible customer the option to pay in a local currency while the Manga Coloring catalog remains based on its integration currency. Availability and exchange-rate terms are shown by Stripe at checkout.
Refunds and failed generations
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. In summary, eligible first subscription purchases and one-time credit packs may be refunded within 7 days if the paid credits from that purchase remain unused. Eligible subscription renewal charges may be refunded within 48 hours if the credits granted for that renewed period remain unused.
If a generation fails after credits are deducted, the system attempts to return the credits used by that failed task. A failed task does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund of an entire subscription or unrelated credit balance.
Acceptable use
Do not upload content you do not have permission to use, attempt to bypass limits, abuse providers, infringe rights, or use the service unlawfully. AI results are not guaranteed to be accurate, unique, or suitable for publication without human review.
Changes and consumer rights
We may update the service or these Terms when reasonably necessary. Material changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right or statutory remedy that cannot be excluded, restricted, or waived under applicable law.
